Eligible refunds are processed within 24 hours as account credits.

Eligible for Refund

  • Number did not receive any OTP within the 20-minute validity period.
  • Technical error on our platform prevented OTP delivery.
  • Wrong number was allocated due to system error.
  • Service was unavailable after successful payment.
  • Duplicate charge for the same transaction.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • OTP was received but user failed to use it within validity period.
  • Third-party service blocked or rejected the number.
  • User requested wrong service or country by mistake.
  • Account suspended due to Terms of Service violation.
  • Refund requested after 24 hours of transaction.
  • Number was successfully used for OTP verification.

Time Limit

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction. Requests after this period will not be entertained.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed as account credits by default. Bank refunds are available for amounts above Rs.100 and may take 5-7 business days.

Required Information

Please provide your registered email, transaction ID, service name, and reason for refund when contacting support.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our decision, you can request a review. Final decisions are made by our management team.
